PEPPS WhatsApp Communication Channels

Welcome to the PEPPS Communication Hub! WhatsApp Channels will be used to communication with parents from 2025. Whether your child is in the ECD, Preparatory School or the College, these channels will ensure that you are kept informed of the updates, events and opportunities as they unfold. Stay informed of grade-specific news, extra-curricular logistics and transportation updates. Join all the channels that interest you as soon as possible.

Instructions:

All parents must join the General Communication Channel for their child’s school.

Click on your school

Select “follow”

Select “unmute”

The channel will now appear in your UPDATES on WhatsApp
In UPDATES, click on the channel name and find the following:

  • PEPPS WhatsApp Channel acceptable use policy
  • The original link to join more specific communication channels.
    To join other groups, click on the link and scroll down to find the various channels. Join those that
    pertain to your child. Follow the same steps above.

PEPPS Community WhatsApp Group Guidelines:

1. Purpose of the Group: This group is intended for the sharing of official school announcements, updates, and important information related to school activities.

2. Admin Responsibilities: Admins will moderate the group, post official messages, and manage group settings. Admins are not available for individual queries or issues unrelated to group announcements. Admins are to maintain a respectful tone in all messages. Admins will limit messages to essentials only.

3. Appropriate Usage: Admins will use the group only for its intended purpose. Admins will avoid sharing personal opinions, jokes, forwards, or off-topic messages.

4. Private Queries: For personal concerns or detailed queries, contact the school office or relevant staff directly. The school’s chain of communication is attached for this purpose. Any message sent to the Group Admin will receive an automated reply that refers to the chain of communication.

5. Sensitive Information: All users of the group are not to share or forward sensitive school-related information outside the group.
